PHOENIX COMMUNITYTRANSITIONS PROGRAM
PHOENIX for Sexually Reactive and Aggressive Juveniles is designed to address the critical need for intensive outpatient programming in St. Joseph County.  An alternative to residential programming or corrections, PHOENIX is developed to meet the needs of low to moderate risk juvenile sexual offenders as well as sexually reactive youth.

A fraction of the cost of residential treatment, PHOENIX offers highly effective therapeutic programming for juveniles who do not require residential treatment.  Alternatively, PHOENIX may be coupled with residential or corrections to shorten length of stay and improve transition to community-based care.

PHOENIX provides the only true continuum of care to treat the specific needs of sexually reactive and aggressive juveniles in St. Joseph County
